I would recommend a ophthalmologist opinion to check eye pressure and kindly check your blood pressure at regular intervals to rule out hypertension. You could use refresh tears eye drop to prevent dry eyes. Avoid straining of eyes such as prolonged driving/ use of tv or mobile / stress.
