I keep thinking of the past I know some ppl hurted me but I can’t let it go it keeps repeating in my head that sometimes I just see myself crying or angry or mad n I can’t face that person.
Brief Answer:
It could be PTSD
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.
Although the provided description is very small but it indicates that you are probably suffering with PTSD. It is a form of disorder where the person gets emotionally numb and have repeated thoughts about past trauma. In addition the person tries to avoid the place and persons who inflicted trauma. Failure to do so causes irritability and aggression.
In my opinion it will be better if you can see a psychiatrist in person as this likely to help you once the cause of problem is established.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
