Why Do I Have A Constant Pain In My Neck, Back, Lower Back, Knee And Ankle?

Question: I have a constant pain in my neck, back, lower back, knee and ankel. I am 105kg and height is 187cms. I have desk job and need to sit for long hours.
Brief Answer:
Likely cause is sedentary lifestyle with vitamin deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The pain you are described are all non specific pains probably due to lack of exercises along with lack of certain vitamins like D and B12.
For you I would recommend daily morning walk for 45 minutes ( As early as possible), Blood tests for Vitamins B12 and Vitamin D3.
After giving sample for blood tests , you can start ( along with morning walk) Vitamin D3 supplementation and a combination of pregabalin and methycobalamine.
The possibility of any disc disease causing all these pain including neck is remote.
Let us also know the test reports.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
