Question: I have a pain/discomfort in my left hip/side in the area below my rib cage by a few inches. The discomfort isn't exactly constant but for about 36 hours it has been present the majority of the time. Sometimes, especially when I change body positions, there is almost a gurgle feeling in the area somewhat similar to the way the stomach feels when it's "growling". Almost a sense of pressure and ache-iness but certainly not a sharp or intolerable pain sending me to the hospital, yet.
