Why Do I Have A Parasitic Infection Affecting My Skin?
Tablet ivermectin, albendazole, antihistaminic, topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Parasitic infections are usually treated with anti parasitic drugs. If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet ivermectin 200 microgram per kilogram body weight single dose stat. This has to be repeated after 1 week.
Also, take tablet albendazole 400 mg single dose stat.
If you are having associated itching take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
