Question: Runny nose on one side. Blocked passage on the other. Light yellow, watery snot when blowing the nose. Slight headache...consistent. Trouble staying asleep...due to runny nose. Dreams are very real like and repetitive. No fever. Decent energy levels. Deep voice as it sounds like things are upper chest. No cough but random sneezing. This is the 3rd day of symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Continue with Benadryl!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Without a fever, this is most likely an allergy or a viral infection of the upper respiratory airways. Stay calm and continue with Benadryl. Add Tylenol, at most 1000mg thrice daily to address but symptoms of blockage and headache. Regular exercise increased fluid intake and a healthy diet.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well.
