Brief Answer:
seems like Lichen nitidus
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You seem to have lichen nitidus. It is a pinhead-sized, smooth, raised, multiple, grouped lesions. It is a sort of eczema.
I'd suggest you use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or Fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days. These are prescription medications and I would advise you to talk to your local practitioner regarding this.
Regards

Is there a way to naturally treat it or over the counter solutions? I do not have insurance so going to a doctor or practitioner can be difficult sometimes
Brief Answer:
lichen nitidus
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I suggest you to try a OTC topical steroid e.g hydrocortisone acetate 1% cream (Cortisone cream) though it is a very mild topical steroid. A slightly more potent steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% would be ideal, if you can find it from a drug store near you.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
