Why Do I Have An Almost Perfectly Round Brownish Spot On The Back Of My Right Leg?

Question: Just found an almost perfectly round brownish spot on the back of my right leg about 4" above the knee. Smooth. Not painful. Don't know how long it's been there. Concerned. My last HIV was NEGATIVE and I haven't touched anyone since. Sort of scared. Sound like something to panic about?

Should I worry about the HIV???
Just out of curiosity --- My last HIV test was 6 years ago and yes, hard as it is to believe, I have NOT BEEN SEXUALLY ACTIVE since out of fear of the HIV. This may sound stupid but IF -- IF I had been infected with the HIV back 6 years ago, by now would I have had more definite pronounced symptoms???
