Why Do I Have An Itchy Hard Bump Right Below My Clitoris On Right Side That Hurts Upon Pressure?

It may be a Bartholin's abscess
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From what you describe, it seems to be an abscess of the Bartholin cyst. This is a gland situated right below the skin close to the clitoris, and sometimes it can get infected and accumulate pus.
I recommend you to clean it and apply dressing on it. Do this regularly until it is healed. If you start having a fever, then it may be a sign to go and see your doctor who may clean the area deeper and also prescribe you some antibiotics. This is what I usually do in my clinic.
Another reason to see your doctor may be due to the fact that you are having this problem repeatedly these last years. You may need to have it checked to see if there is some malformation in the draining duct of the cyst that requires some minor surgical intervention, thus to solve the problem once and for all.
In the meantime, use Ibuprofen, and warm baths for the affected area.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health!
