Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The commonest cause of more blood at end is cystitis or a stone in the bladder or some malignancy that needs to be ruled out.
Problems related to prostate also needs to be considered.
CT scan would help to get a cause.
Also needed are tests of:
Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Blood: CBC, kidney functions, PSA and would be advised.
Cystourethroscopy give a chance to what exactly is the problem and biopsy if needed.
Please ask for these investigations and an opinion of an Urologist.
Please give feedback.
Feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Take care.
With Regards.
