Question: I have moveable lump on my lower back left side and USG came as ill defined hyperechoic area in subcutaneous plane of posterior lower abdomen wall.

Is it something serious? I am worrying a lot.

Hi,

As per your history and ultrasonography report this is a small lipoma and hence there is nothing to be serious about.
So first of all stop worrying.
If it is not causing any symptoms you may leave it along under observation to see for any changes.
Get it removed if any changes occur. This helps in 2 ways.
Firstly you get the disease out of body.
Secondly, it gives definite diagnosis on histo-pathological examination
