Brief Answer:
Possible infection or stone

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This suggests a possible infection of penilr urethra.

Sometimes it also suggests a possibility of a kidney stone. Hence a thorough search via ultrasound abdomen is required.

I generally prescribe a short course of oral antibiotics to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you
