Why Do I Have Pain In My Testicles Since A Long Time ?

Question: Hi I have had pain in the right testical for years that comes and goes with no answer as to why. Doctors check the basic. My history both undecended testicals at birth right side fixed a 6 weeks with stragulated herina. Left at 13 years of age. Had hierna surgury on right side at 43 years old. I am 46 now.

Your right testicle would might be placed at a higher level.

This would cause the pain when it impinges the superficial inguinal ring.

If the pain is frequent and severe in intensity it is of concern.

I suggest you to consult a Urologist or the doctor who performed your surgery for follow up.

The right testicle hangs lower then the left an is more normal. The left testicle it is the one that stays up at the base of the penis and hangs no lower.

It needs local examination of testicles.

Also base line investigations like Ultrasound would be required.
