Brief Answer:
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
But better to get done chest X-ray to rule out lung related diseases.
If chest X-ray is normal then no need to worry for lung pathology.
Do following things for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.

1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
3. Sudden jerky movements of back and chest.
4. Sit with proper back support.
5. Take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
