Hi Dr. Ditah, My feet are swollen, sort of like when you fly in an airplane for 20 hours. I started to get bruises, they start as a bump then turn to a bruise. I at first thought it was because I have a puppy who bites me but I'm thinking it's something different. I have gained weight this past month. I'm not on any kind of medication and always been very healthy. My diet is good and I exercise (walk ) everyday. I would appreciate your thoughts.
