Question : I am in my fourth week of Lexapro,,,, my anxiety level seem's fine,,,, but,,,, my fatigue level is terrible,,,,should I give it more time??

Hello,

I would indeed give it more time. Sometimes fatigue disappears in the 6-8 week range.

I would also make sure you're taking the medication at night instead of in the morning. If after some time you are still feeling fatigued, do talk to your doctor about lowering the dose.
