Why Do I Still Fell Stiffness After Recent Juvederm Injection In Marionette Lines, Chin And Some Nasal Folds Three Weeks Back?

Question: Ok this is my third question about recent juvederm injection so bare with me if you already got me.
I had juvederm plus injections in marionette lines, chin and some in nasial folds three weeks ago at a med spa by a doctor who is an internist.
To date I continue you to feel mild stiffness when I talked and soreness in certain areas. I also have a line near my nose where you can see the filler. I still hand slight bruises near nose.
I recently read some bad reviews about the the doctors technique and am becoming concerned. I can’t get in for a second opinion until next week.
Do you think I am over filled, is this causing internal damage to my face or is this still considered normal since it has wonky been three weeks?
I am really worried I’m doing damage to my face the longer the the filler is in at this point. Than you!

I have one more quick question for you. The areas she did in my nasiofolds are still puffy and dark. There are think lines that appear to be bruised. It’s been almost three weeks. Shouldn’t the bruises have faded by now?
I included a close pic. It’s on both sides

I am sorry to be so neurotic about this. I guess before when I had fillers things resolved quickly.
I wasn’t sure since the bruise had not improved much in three weeks if it might be Tyndall effect?
