
Why Do My Feet Get Swollen For Days?

Question: My feet gets swollen for days, without any change in diet, routine or physical activities. Swelling stays for couple of days and then goes off.
In Ultrasound report it states - mild hepatomegaly.
Apart from it I have thyroid issues too, just an FYI

Thanx Dr for your reply; Swelling happens throughout the month, irrespective of my menstural cycle. My throid profile have T3,T4 normal while TSH is 7.59.

Need to increase the thyroxine dose as well.

In case the swelling persists:
1. Check LFT
2. RFT
3. CBC
4. URINE ROUTINE
Also, please increase your thyroxine dose by 25mcg of your present dose. Monitor your BP as well and let me have all the reports.
