Brief Answer:
Seems like a pulled muscle or nerve.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
You might have strained a muscle of even pulled a nerve.
Put ice/heat locally (whatever of these feels better) during the day, at the site of pain.
Apply local analgesic in form of cream that you can buy in the local pharmacy.
Except Panadol and Codeine you can also use Ibuprofen 400-600mg which will help not only to reduce the pain but also the inflammation to the nerve or muscle.
Avoid bed rest, but overuse too. Just try to move as much as you can, ans stop a movement when it causes pain.
If worse or not better after 1 week, then you should see a local doctor who can examine you and order necessary tests.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Dr. Papaqako
