Why Does My Penis Go Limp Just Prior To Ejaculation?
Question: my penis goes limp just prior to ejaculation.... what is wrong with me? I'm quite healthy 180lbs 5'10" exercise 5 days a week blood pressure 180/80 . Sometimes I don't get hard at all.

No not diabetic
No medications
Not ejaculating due to penis going limp just as the tingle begins before the orgasm
Stress levels are low consistent with the last few years of having perfect orgasm
Of course extra enthusiasm from the partner would be nice but it is not bad.... she has multiple orgasms.
when my penis stays hard enough then yes there is orgasm... but sometimes gets too limp to finish.
It was occasional with softening at the end but now it has become more often than not with total flaccid penis so as to not allow penetration
I do have very strong orgasms in the morning that allow for masturbation
also I was diagnosed with Low testosterone 2 yrs ago and have been taking testosterone pellet hormone therapy. My testicles are much smaller than before.

Inability to penetrate is due to Secondary Erectile Dysfunction the cause of which has to be investigated by doing following basic investigations
1) Blood tests for
a) Serum Testosterone
b) Thyroid Hormone assessment
c) Sugar levels
2) Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis to rule out Vasculogenic cause for ED.This will help us to rule out any vascular inefficiency as a cause for ED.
In majority of cases secondary Erectile Dysfunction is psychogenic in nature and gets resolved with following general measures
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
Taking Cialis 5 mg daily and 10-20 mg on the day one hour before planned sexual activities should help you to get hard Erection and get Ejaculation .
