Brief Answer:
Reports show ovarian abnormality
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Ultrasound abdomen shows moderate degree of ovarian changes in her. This is probably causing menstrual cycle irregularities and difficulty in conceiving.
The menstrual cycle irregularities can be due to hormonal imbalances secondary to ovarian dysfunction.
It's advisable to consider oral hormonal therapy for menstrual cycle irregularities initially.
Once the cycles are regularized it's advisable to go for PREGNANCY.
Please check with your Gynecologist if s/he shares my view and can prescribe oral contraceptive medications for 21 days of the cycle to regularize her periods.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
