This is called as acanthosis nigricans.
It is usually seen in diabetes.

Thanks for the follow up.
Usually Acanthosis is odourless, sometimes dirt might get collected in it and cause odour.
Apply tyrodin lotion daily in night for three months.
This will reduce the pigmentation and also help reduce odour.
If diabetes remains in control then this will slowly reduce.
