Why Does The Tip Of The Penis Feel Tender And Almost Feels Chapped With Minor Discharge?
Question: Tip of penis is tender almost feels chapped. Minor discharge and no burning during urination
Brief Answer:
Seems like balanitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your description it seems like something called “ Balanitis”. It is nothing but inflammation of tip of your penis(glans penis) . However we have to rule out the possibility of STD(sexually transmitted disease) before making a diagnosis.
As of now all you required is pulling back the foreskin and cleaning the penis. You can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin. Rarely circumcision is required.
Wishing you good health.
