Why Don't I Get Semen Ejaculation During Night Fall After Discontinuing Silodal Medication?
Question: Dear Doctor
I recently had the laser surgery of kidney and prostrate stone. The stent got removed last week. I am on bed rest for 5 days due to spinal headache, this is also improving. last night i had night fall and noticed that the semen not coming out. I have seen posts and it says it is dry ejaculation. However, I have stopped medicine Silodal since last week.
Please advice me will that be cured?
Regards

Based on the facts that you have posted the dry ejaculation that you have is due to retrograde flow of semen in to bladder which is known side effect of Silodosin .

There is nothing to be worried about it .
