Brief Answer:
Can be caused by cervical spine issues.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I believe that this pins and needles during night and tingling sensation during day may be related to cervical spine issues possibly spondyloarthrosis.
This seems to be caused by compression to nerve roots that come out of the cervical spine.
You may need to do a x-ray of cervical spine.
Using anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen may be helpful to reduce inflammation and compression.
Visiting a rheumatologist may be recommend.
