Why Even After 6 Months My Scrotum Is Always Itchy Taking Antibiotic ?
Question: Hi, I had unprotected sex 7 months ago where following the intercourse my penis head got permanently wrinkly and looks like it has a red rash. The underside of the penis head also looks blueish / purple. It does not hurt when I urinate or ejaculate. Additionally, my scrotum is always itchy, feels uncomfortable and my right testicle will ache / feel slightly swollen.
When I went to a doctor they tested me for STDs, twice, and all came back negative. When they tested my urine they said I had strep in my urine and gave me antibiotics. However, it’s been 6 months and I still have the above mentioned symptoms. Can someone please help me?

When the tests for STI/HIV nonreactive 3 months after the exposure were nonreactive, then it very much unlikely that you have any STI/HIV.
Do you have insect crawling sensation over your scrotum and pubic area or thigh?
Kindly upload the good picture of your genitals. w e will try to diagnose your problem.

Two additional symptoms that I carelessly forgot to mention in my first inquiry is 1) when I pee the very, very tip of the penis opening will burn and 2) my anus has been feeling constantly itchy since this all happened.
As it relates to bugs/scabies crawling on me I have not seen any and I keep it very clean down there and applied permethrin 5% cream in case it was scabies

Such wrinkles are common over glans penis for everyone. Only because of these wrinkles, penis can enlarge and stiff when one got sexually excited . It is quite normal.
Bluish tinge your penis mentioned by you could be due to the veils and capillaries underneath.
if you have burning during urination, examine your urine deposits for the presence of pus cells. if it is there more than 5, submit your urine for culture and sensitivity for gonococcus and other nonspecific organisms and Trichomonas vaginalis.
Itching over the anus needs a careful local examination and a motion examination.
