Why Extreme Fatigue Abdominal Pain Around Left And Right Side Of Naval, Shortness Of Breath?
Question: hi doc,
since last 8 days my symptoms are: extreme fatigue,abdominal pain around left and right side of naval, shortness of breath even sitting idle, joints pain,backache,exertion,headache,PRbpm remains whole day 100-110,whenever get up from bed dizziness,uncomfortable to sleep on back, have to sleep left or right side,whole day uneasiness, loss of appetite, ,sometimes feeling cold sometimes feeling hot,more senstivity to cold,,covid test negative, yesterday I had fever of 103 thrice in a day,took dolo 650.kindly help
consulted on practo doc. Advised some tests ,please see attached reports.

I have gone through your reports.
In your urine sample there is number of red cells and pus, which can be a sign of urinary tract infection (UTI), all other results are near normal excerpt low blood iron level.
A short course of antibiotics may be started empirically after consulting your local physician.
The ultrasound abdomen described slight disparity in the size of your kidney which can be a normal variant but additional investigations may be warranted in some cases.
