Why From Past One Week I Am Getting Lower Back Pain ?

Question: Past one week I am getting lower back pain and full back pain.

Could you please advise me on how to get rid of this problem?
Brief Answer:
Can be due to post viral illness.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain and specially on the lower side after a Covid illness can be related to a post viral syndrome. This can happen due to decreased fluid intake, low levels of calcium and magnesium or vitamin D3 in the body and lack of proper and regular back strengthening exercises. You need to get a few blood tests done to find out the cause and start with suitable supplements with a protein rich diet to combat this problem.
You can also consult a physiotherapist for regular exercise regimen. Take mild pain killers in the mean time for relief.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
