Why Has The Frenulum Not Detached Completely After Painful Intercourse?

Question: I am a 22 y old male. I had unprotected sex with my GF yesterday for the first time. This was my first sex experience. It was quite painful and the foreskin has rolled back after sex, but the frenelum is not completely detached. Is this normal?
Brief Answer:
Could be dueto bandof adhesion between Frenulum and Glans penis,
Detailed Answer:
Hello Thanks for query,
You had for the first time which was very painful and Frenulum has not detached completely .
.
This is most likely to be due to a band of adhesion between glans penis and Frenulum.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical Examination You may need to get this band excised ( Frenuloplasty) under local anaesthesia.
This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.
