Why Have I Been Having Bladder Pressure Along With Pelvic Pain?

Needs further evaluation and investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Noted the history, age, investigations well and understood your concerns, particularly about ovarian cancer.
First of all, ovarian cancer is very rare at your age, does not cause pain in initial stages. As per the Cancer Society, the incidence of ovarian cancer in the age group of 20-34 is only 3.8%. So no worry by large.
But you have symptoms of bladder pressure and urinating along with pelvic pain for about a month but with normal Kidney functions, urine and X-ray.
This means you need further evaluation and investigations like Ultrasound of the whole abdomen, particularly for the genito-urinary system, Urethro-cystoscopy and whatever would be advised by a Urologist. This will help to get an exact cause so that an appropriate and specific management can be done to get you a proper cure. This also helps to rule out your concern about ovarian cancer.
Till then I would advise you the following:
Identify and note down the factors that instigate or enhance the problems. Also, note down the factors that relax or reduce the symptoms.
Drink plenty of fluids (around 2.5ltr water per day).
Do not hold urination.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.
Take care.
Feel free to ask further.
