Brief Answer:
need to see your cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is unlikely to be cardiac if you have had it continuously for a week but still, with your history you need to see your cardiologist as soon as possible. At least see your primary care doctor to see if they can figure out the cause. It could be musculoskeletal, reflux or other cause but you need to make sure it is not coming from your heart. You will need an exam and probably some testing to get an answer about what is going on.
