Brief Answer:
Several possible causes discussed and recommendations given

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are several possible causes of sweating ranging from anxiety to side effects of medications and other medical conditions like thyroid problems, menopause and infections.

Of the medications you use escitalopram (lexapro) can cause increased sweating. If you have had a recent dose change of the drug (increase) it might be a possible cause.
If you have not had any escitalopram dose changes to justify the increased sweating than other conditions can be considered.
I would recommend you to check your temperature at night, if the axillary temperature is 37.5 C and over than very likely you are having a subfebrile temperature with the sweating and they may be related with a possible infection or other conditions being the cause.
If you check your temperature for 4-5 nights and you have an axillary temperature less than 37.5C than hormonal changes can be considered. Thyroid is one of them and if you had not had a TSH in the last year this might be a good case to have it checked.
If your menstruation is not regular then you might be going through premenopause and FSH and estradiol are the tests to verify it.
Sweating is a very general symptom and not specific to a certain system or condition and sometimes investigations for the cause may include a general check as well with a thorough physical examination (checking heart and lungs, checking for lymphnodes, ect) and some blood tests like the basic metabolic panel: fasting sugar, lipids, liver tests (ALT, AST, bilirubin), kidney tests (creatinine and electrolytes, urinalysis), CBC and ERS, etc.

If all the tests come out normal than stress/anxiety can be a possible cause and you will need to talk with your doctor to see if you have other symptoms of not well controlled anxiety. Meanwhile it is important to keep yourself hydrated and continue to have plenty of fluids and good salt intake (normal).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
