Brief Answer:
further evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, as per your description, it may or may not be related to muscular pain at all...Perhaps, you have received those messages from the Physiotherapist.

Firstly, a proper Orthopedist / Neurological check-up is required. Along with it, some relevant investigations (CBC, Electrolytes, Urea, Creatinine, FBS, PPBS, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 assay, Uric acid levels) should also be done. Depending on the clinical findings, the Neurologist/ Orthopedist may advise an MRI of the L-S spine and the affected Left Lower limb for further evaluation.

It's already been 2months and seems like a lot of pain-killers and other measures have been tried already. Kindly don't delay any longer and get these necessary things done in order to get the diagnosis first. Specific treatment can be done thereafter based on the findings.

Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
Regards
