Question: yes, for the last 3 months I have had a tingly - fuzzy feeling only on my face (more fuzzy on nose and sometimes feeling like it is in my mouth) I have been to six doctors, including Dermatologist, Allergic
My face looks normal, no pain, no rashes. I am not allergic to anything. I am going to Chiropractor and Acupuncture and my family doctor (he gave me medicine for anxiety) Blood test, Liver, kidney, thyroid, cholesterol fine. Iron low. They want me to go to Neurologists. some days it is on lower left, today it is all of left, have had the feeling all over the face. Primarily on left side now. What in the world could this be, I am getting scared

Brief Answer:
The possibilities with their solutions have been delineated

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is apparent that certain nerve endings of various parts of your face are getting stimulated for whatever reasons. Allergic cause (even without rashes) is a possibility and I would insist you to take some antiallergic like cetirizine tablets for the next 3-5 days and see if it helps. If it does not, electrolyte imbalance would be a possibility to consider since depletion of potassium can lead to certain small muscles of the face to contract but not relax. I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which should help easing the facial muscles and help them relax. You also need to increase total fluid (water) intake and to take plenty of ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salts.

If it still does not help, peripheral neuropathy would need to be considered. I would need to ask you if you are a diabetic. Deficiency of Vitamin B12 could also give rise to such a presentation. Taking methyl-cobalamine (Vitamin B12) 1500 mcg supplement per day for at least a couple of weeks should help in improving the situation.

Let me know if I could help further. Please do not panic.
