Brief Answer:
Central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You seem to have a condition known as central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia. Hair care practices like traction, use of hot combs, hair extensions etc are some of the causes that are implicated so they should be avoided.. This type of hair loss is permanent if not addressed. I suggest you to try using a topical steroid lotion e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 %lotion, twice daily for a few weeks. It us a prescription product and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner.

Regards
