Brief Answer:
Underlying cause should be searched and treated accordingly.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

From the provided history, no specific diagnosis can be given. Kindly mention any other specific complaint if present like head trauma history, ear pain, hypertension history, dizziness, fever etc.

Your Otoscopy ear examination should be done to visualize interior of ear. It will help in rule out any tympanic membrane rupture, middle ear infection, impacted wax if present.
You should get check your blood pressure also.

According to cause treatment should be given.
For example if ear infection diagnosed then antibiotic ear drop prescribed.

I suggest you consult otorhinolaryngologist for Otoscopy ear examination. X ray or CT scan will be done after that if needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth
