Why Haven't I Gotten My Period After Taking Duphaston For PCOS?
Question: I have PCOS problem,last periods was on march 27th ,later in april we did follicular study no value came ,so my doctor adviced to take duphaston i took 2 piles daily from april25th to april30th ,still i have not got my periods.can i know the reasons for that?

Periods usually occur normally only when there is ovulation. Anovulatory cycles lead to hormone failure which can skip the periods. This is common in PCOD.
There is no need to worry. You may have to get follicular scan repeated after 2 weeks to ascertain if there is a new follicle development and take medication accordingly to promote the same.
