Need more information...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It would be better if you can answer a few of my questions to understand the problem better.
May I know since when are you having pain?
How severe is the pain?
Did you hurt your self?
Do you notice any visible skin changes on the affected area?
Are you running fever?
Is there any changes to the physical and chemical expertise involved?
Have you had similar symptoms in the past?
Do you notice any changes while passing urine?
Awaiting your response...
Regards

I have been observing this for 2 weeks now and the pain is very mild and no I did not hurt myself but I feel uncomfortable sometime in my shorts in that part. I do not notice any visible skin changes. No I am not running fever. Chemical and physical expertise involved means? No I never had these symptoms in the past and no change in urine.

Apologies for the late reply... I was away from internet this weekend and wasn't able to address your concerns.
If the pain is persistent, I will recommend visiting a doctor. You may need an ultrasound scan of the scrotum and a urine examination to rule out inflammation and infection. In the meanwhile avoid tight clothing. You can take over-the-counter pain medications to relieve pain. I suggest tab zerodol 100mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
