Hi,

IT normally has to stay at least 12hours as it is recommended that this drug be applied twice daily. It is best applied after showers so as to last long and act long and effectively.

In all, preferable after showers and let it stay at much as possible 12hours.

If I put it on in the morning and I'm going out in the sun, can I put sun-screen OVER it or should I put sun screen on FIRST, and then the Fluorouracil? (I am instructed to use it once a day....)

I have many pre-cancerous lesions on my face and forearms. My dermatologist suggested this was the best way to address them all. But I am in South XXXXXXX now...away from her in Western New York and unable to reach her for these questions.
