Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Seems like a yeast / candida infection. I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g. Clotrimazole 1 % cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g. tablet Fluconazole 150mg once daily for 3 days.

If it is recurrent I advice you to take a test for blood glucose as recurrent Candida balanitis is more common in patients with raised blood glucose.
