Why Is My Period Delayed For More Than 60 Days?
Question: I have not got my periods after June2022. This is the longest Ive missed, 2-3 months of missed periods used to be but normal to me. I am married however not tried to get pregnant. In October and November I had some bleeding which felt like pre-menstrual syndrome but periods didnt come.
My weight used to remain 69kgs from last few years. Now it has increased to 70kg.
Brief Answer:
It could be due to hormonal imbalance
Detailed Answer:
hi,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Menstrual irregularities and weight gain in your case, could be due to hormonal imbalance cause by PCOS.
PCOS is a endocrinal disorder in which hormonal imbalance will be there due to cyst in ovary ,facial hair growth and weight gain maybe there
As it is a lifestyle disease ,you have to change your lifestyle, eat high protein diet with lots of vegetables and fruits and exercise regularly.
Get your hemoglobin,HbA1c and TSH level.
No need to worry about it and take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
