Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The normal colour of semen is white- greyish and thick consistence.
If it is watery and clear may show low sperm count, infection or probably because of frequent ejaculations.
The brown semen shows blood presence in it which can be sign of infection, possible sexually transmitted disease or even more serious issues.
So having clear and brownish semen may show infection and possibly STD.
Do a urine analysis, uroculture and a total blood count first and you can send the results of them to me.

Hope I have answered the question.
