She may prefer iron fortified cereals with milk, egg in the morning. A piece of fruit also. A piece of fruit such banana or crackers in between the meals. It is recommended to give her soups with chopped vegetables and meat or chicken for lunch.

A cup of milk. Fresh veggies such cucumbers. She also can have a snack between meals. She can have rice, pasta or potatoes for dinner. Also, give her some milk and veggies.
