yes it is hrmful as it may cause dependence

Use of restyl for any length of time can cause dependence and should not be taken without supervision of a doctor.
Even 0.25 mg can start the process of addiction so it should be avoided all together.

Thanks for reverting back to me.

I hope you are talking about Rivotril which belongs to same group of medication and have slightly lower potential of habit forming than restyl. But it is not completely devoid of this risk.
I do not think you should take rivotril without prescription of doctor, who have capacity to decide in your best interest.
