Brief Answer:
in utero insemination

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
Basically she is not ovulating properly and thus needs change in induction protocol and thus different drugs supplemented by follicular study.
Uterone is a progesterone and is just given to regulate her hormone levels and help in supporting pregnancy if occurs.
Yes she must be ovulating if she is having periods regularly.
She will conceive soon and best management at this stage is to opt for HMG based induction of ovulation with follicular monitoring followed by In utero insemination.
I hope I have answered your questions but in case you have any query, I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
IUI is best for you

Detailed Answer:
There is practically no extra risk in IUI over clomiphene alone but a success rate almost 20% more which makes it a worth doing thing with negligible extra effort and minimally increased expenses.
But in case you still don't want to get IUI then you can very well follow same sequence of drugs in this cycle and let's hope for the best.
I practice infertility basically so I was advising you with the best of my experience so far, IUI has very good results.
