Why Left Ovary Was Not Seen Partial Hysterectomy Right Ovary Is Enlarged?
i am 41, partial hysterectomy. right ovary is enlarged, measuring 3.8x4.1x4.6cm with a total volume of 37ml. there is a large slightly complex cyst measuring 3.2x3.0x3.4cm with a few smaller cysts also visualized in the right ovary. the left ovary was not seen, please advise
