Brief Answer:
This looks like urticarial wheal due to some allergen

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to this platform
I have gone through the query in detail and have seen the images. It elevated reddened lesion ( urticarial wheal) most likely due to exposure to some allergen. I would like to know if you have used any new oil, food item, spray or any other items which could have led to such rashes.
Giving non sedative antiallergic like fexofenadin ( allegra) 15 mg ( 2.5 ml) twice a day, along with ranitidine syrup 1 ml twice a day and local application of calamine ( calapure) soothing lotion will help in recovery. As sinarest also has antihistaminic pleae hold that.Menawhike you can continue ultra d3, vitamin d.Please note if there is any rapid increase in size of lesion or any other associated symptoms like breathing difficulty/fever please consult your local pediatrician for evaluation.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you any any doubt.
Thanks and regards

Thanks a lot Doctor. I had to rush to see a doctore due to frequent eruptions of these patches on Saturday. He is now doing fine after starting Atarax drops. He did have a masala chip on Friday, which may have caused it, not sure though. They were also erupting each time he slept, I got all bedding changed to rule out the possibility of an insect.

Thankyou so much for your help.

Brief Answer:
Please be watchful if rashes appear again

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up
Great to know that child is doing fine.Usually rashes recur if exposed to particular allergen Many a times its difficult to find out the exact cause.
Please be watchful if rashes appear again and try to correlate.
Thanks
