Why My BP Fluctuating Between 125 And 140 For The Past 10 Months?
Question: Hello Doctor,
My name is Vikas, and I am 39 years old. I usually go to bed around 11 p.m., but over the past 15-20 days, I've noticed an increase in nighttime urination. I wake up 1-2 times during the night, once around midnight (between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m.) and sometimes again in the early morning. If it's not twice, I still feel the urge to urinate at least once in the early morning. This wasn't happening before. Additionally, my blood pressure has been on the higher side, fluctuating between 125 and 140 for the past 10 months, although I am not currently on any medication.
My fasting sugar is 99.
