Question: My Right side Testicles is bigger than usual from last six to seven month it is not hurting but sometimes it feel strange.

How big is the right testis compared to the left?
Does it hurt on touch ?

Age 23, A teaspoon, little bit hurt on touch, No difference except it feels heavy.

I recommend you to get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum which can rule out any sort of serious conditions which can cause swelling in the testicles.

Mild inflammation needs only a few days anti-inflammatory medications and early detection of any growths is always life-saving.
