Question: I have a problem in my anus since 4 months and need help. Its itching and if I clean it, it sometimes mild bleed. No pain.
Brief Answer:
Laser guided cuaterizarion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there and thank you for your query,
Have seen the photos attached by you,
They are warts.
Warts are basically caused by a virus called Human papilloma virus.
Don't use razor in this area because these warts have microscopic spores and even if cleared if they get migrated to other area they would grow back again.
Treatment,
Laser guided cauterization of these warts.
They would numb the area by local xylocard and would use laser ko burn them off.
Hope this was helpful.
Please feel free to follow up.
Regards!

Thank you very much Dr. Actually I used a razor 4 months ago and it spread like that, this is how it actually got my attention to seek medical help, otherwise I wouldn't have known about it.
I went to a dermatologist after this question 2 days ago, he prescribed Imiquimod 5% cream for 2-3 months. He said if it doesn't work, then go to surgeon. Now I am more worried about the reoccurrences. Do you think if they're gone, they will grow back? I read on CDC that this virus can go away within 2 years, what do you think?

Brief Answer:
Avoid razor use.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Nops even if these warts are gone don't use razor over that area.
You can use any hair removal cream.
You can take vaccination of Gardacil.
Don't worry laser cauterization is a painless process done in OPD setting and would take hardly 15 minutes all dr would do is that they would burn the growth using laser energy.
